Baked Salmon with Dill Sauce Recipe




Baked Salmon:

Preheat over to 350°F.  Place a  large sheet of lightly greased tin foil a cookie sheet.  Place salmon skin side down and top with:
1 1/5 t Lemon Pepper
1 t Salt (sea salt, onion salt, or garlic salt)
1/2 Medium Red Onion - sliced thin
1 Lemon - sliced thin
1/4 C Butter cubed
Wrap foil tightly around the Salmon and bake 20 minutes at 350°F, then open tin foil and broil for 8-12 minutes 4-6 inches from heat until the Salmon flakes.


Dill Sauce:

1/3 C Mayonaise
1/3 C Sour Cream
1 T Red Onion finely diced
1 t Fresh Dill
1 t Prepared Horseradish
1 t Lemon Juice
1/4 t Salt
1/t t Minced Garlic

Mix together and serve with salmon. Enjoy!

  1. We had this last night and it was great. :) Thank you for the recipe, Carla. :) I also went to my first consignment. I was inspired by you after watching so many of you hauls. When we had our baby boy and I found out their would be a consignment I was so excited. I got so many good deals for him (hes 4 1/2months) and a little something for a future baby when we start trying agian. Love your vlogs. :)
